A good cobalt announcement soon will see a 10 - 15c price tag. If one does come that is, 6 months late but welcome if it does.
EUR will hold it up into the mid 3c regardless, a good gamble either way.
Happy times for those holding, touched on 12 month high and poised to break it tomorrow.
