So this means that Statseeker is worth $7m?
I wonder how much forward value is in this and the time it will take to get to this value based on current financials. Would be good to see more financial details to see what kind of multiple was involved.
If it is worth this then combined with cash balance / urgent business the current market cap looks undervalued. All IMO.
