Yep I looked at their website. As you mentioned they are in the Deep Value camp primarily being quantitative analysts who take a position and wait for mean reversion to do it's thing in terms of the financials and or SP. I don't think they are activist investors but I may be wrong in that assumption or maybe that is their Plan B.
