With respect to the Uranium One JV I would think the fall in Uranium price together with Fukushima would be more significant than any dealing with the new CEO at RWD.
As for purity I am suggesting that a vessel that carries sodium chloride, which is likely to be a low concentration contaminant of SOP anyway, would be far better than a vessel that ship coal or iron ore. I have no idea how vessels are cleaned in between loads and I have no idea if the vessels shipping the salt are used only for this purpose.
