IMO, not many people have the luck to lock in at 0.3c, even some had they might sell at 0.6-0.9c already, so fair to say, from the volume trading in the last few weeks, I can say most investors jumped in at a cost of about 0.8-1c, so that's probably the average cost of majority holders atm.
as you mentioned, if there is any positive announcement like JV partners or finding economic Lithium under the ground anytime from now, we should break 1.5c or even 2c easily depends on how positive the news will be.
Christmas present or Easter Golden egg? Time will tell.
