Think you are right. They have had plenty of time to get this right and they hvnt bothered at all or hvnt got the nouse to. Not that they will suffer. With the massively bloated register working only in their favour cant see how this is going to work out well for us. The market is not asleep on this at all, they have stayed well away with good reason. For those that want to wait till its a takeover target in 5 or so years you are welcome to take the risk. Who is to say a more organised motivated and savvy mob wont undercut these arrogant sods in the near future.
