I've talked to a few guys in the top 20 and they are not the type to even flip a small amount of stock. This Alto crew seem to be as tight as. Of course I can't guarantee what they say and do are the same thing but with what is coming on this stock I can see why they would sit tight.

It may be a few retailers worried about how they are going to pay the $5k in order to get there 36c shares but in the mean time they risk losing out on big gains when the news flow starts to kick in.

What has been happening before the raising and it has been very clear is that the stock has been heavily manipulated to accumulate and also set a resonable cap raise price. We definitely know that. So it is no suprise they will continue to do it until they get their fill imo.
