On the whole I am feeling positive about this. Part of me would have been happier to just go on as we were. Everything tracking nicely, no debt, some small acquisitions, China blue sky. Happy to be a small fish.
On the other hand IDX is a good asset, if there aren’t any hidden problems, then this makes us into a bigger fish and it is worth doing,
Can’t see why we won’t still get a dividend - IDX pays a nice divvy and although we will now have debt again, it isn’t outrageous relative to EBITDA, so a dividend is still on the cards......
