resource needs upgrading and they need a bigger slice of ownership. planning on doing both as per last ann but people are always chasing news rather than buying before it, which seems silly to me. the low cash may be a handbrake but the mc is soooo low its not an issue.

but honestly i cant tell you why. i suspect just the market being the market...somethings over priced some things under. find the gems and sit on them
