New here. IMHO I believe that SP will track a relatively stable POO. I believe that a lot of people are turning up to work for STO everyday keeping it operating, adding reserves, making improvements and earning STO the cash. It goes in the bank every day! Staff and management are stake holders too.
My STO goals are to reduce debt per last disclosure, keep getting through the govt hoops re development and eventually return a dividend. I think the recent $5.30 bid to be undervalued, but feel it goes someway towards restoring the latent value of this company and may make future low ball bidders a bit more circumspect. I see $5 as the floor SP for a while, not much, if any, lesser. Dont forget STO's SP was under $3.00 only a few months ago in July 2017 and was on a trajectory to break $5.00 even before the bid. Can't expect too much after that rebound.
Stating for the record, I am not employed by STO and have never been involved in the gas industry. Have held STO since 2011 and hope to fully recoup losses very soon. My interests are over a range of Australian mining and production activities. Cu Au Ag Coal & REE. I believe the mining operations boom is on after the years of development and the commodity price collapse. Reduction of costs across many miners producers has been impressive. In may company cases its is also driven by staff involvement and encouragement. Australian miners and producers are reaping on their investments now. DYOR.
