This could be an excellent buying opportunity, but we have been saying that for 18 months, but this time it really could be. We are so close to cash flow positive being called, income guaranteed for 7 years and growing. Wish I had some spare coin but used it all topping up over last 18 months and we are stuck. Lucky have have some others that have done ok.
