I haven't seen a detailed list of the AISC of AUD gold producers for sometime, however if I did, I think my assumptions of SLR's AISC (aprx AUD $1400 per oz) would indicate that it's a joke!!!! compared to the well run, efficient mining operations, that are performing reasonably well with POG at AUD $1694 per oz.
What's EVN's now, less than $800 per? everyone that buys into these gold producers with more than chump change can see that this thing (SLR) is just not going to return to SH a viable return for the risk attached at THIS TIME.
I wish this wasn't the case but it is what it is, drop the AISC by $200 per oz then it's commercially viable against other gold producers and then not only the arrogant and some what grubby management will get paid but also the owners of the company, the SHARE HOLDERS!
I'm not convinced that announcements that have no substance will bring an ounce of diff to the SP.
