6.5 cents will achieve small 53% profit on today's price (10c) and $1.5 million becomes $2.25 million so only 'small profit of $750,000' to be split among the Directors who have "no further incentive'. You can guess who will receive the lion share of these options. ........Please sir, can I have more!!!!!!!!!!! .......
If only the rest of us could be on this gravy train. Unfortunately, we keep on being 'fed the potential' while these guys actually make all the money and still put their hand out for more. The 20 million shares at 20 cents actually doesn't give any money to the company ....so no risk to any of the chosen. If under 20 cents they don't take up their share....if it is above, they make money....great system when the normal shareholder puts up at true market value and sees dilution occurring again and again. This company pyramid system is just fantastic if you get in at the ground floor. Each time a new company is formed guess who will be a director and receive another salary (+ + +). SOLG is prime for being split into another/s company to take ownership of the other granted permit areas,
And lets also remember the decisions makers have a history of leaks to their mates so a few others can make some decent money when they sell knowing the market is going to fall, because our Directors accept a low ball park figure (25 pence offer when market without any indications falls from 35 pence in a matter of weeks) and the rest of us are now at the mercy of the 'Bank' selling whenever it wants for a profit over 25 pence. It will have control over how much our shares will be worth.....hold and sell higher or sell lower and keep market price down, but still make a profit (4% profit for every 1 pence price rise over 25 pence purchase price).
That is why our DGRshare price is what it is. Manipulation by our directors and CEO to secure his continued $1.15 million direct salary per year (by 2020, $1.15 x 3 years = $3.45 million plus bonuses + creature comforts given by being a Director of this/these companies. He can indeed afford to wait, remembering he holds 20% of DGR and 5% of SOLG. I would love to find out what he has actually paid for these share holdings. A lot less than most of us I would hazard to guess.
