I must be missing something about terms of the Notes even though I've been looking and looking.
The interest component is straightforward enough. First year payable in cash, second year by issuing shares/notes.
At maturity however, who gets to decide whether the Notes get redeemed with cash or shares issued? Is it DGR or Tribeca?
