Not really sure about the rational behind the current SP move. The space in which these guys are playing/will be playing is already overly serviced.
I am still trying to work-out their point of difference here. I didn't find MS & HP partnership any attractive as to gain anything out of this, these guys need to sell it first. And they need to sell to the market where there are already plenty of mature service providers.
Someone recommended it to me a day before and Ignored it. Must have been a good punt. IMHO the punters going to take the stock 50C plus. So for short-term, I might looking into playing my part.
