With the lack of liquidity in this stock, and directors soaking up even more (ie. sticky hands so taking away more liquidity) would think this either gets privatised sometime or they make a decent acq that requires a large raising with insto support investigated prior.
My bet would be privatised however they may like the listed structure in case of capital needs sometime.
