Prediction and Suggestion to CTN Board, page-6

I have now heard GW views on CTN and if i paraphrase they are:

* investment is purely financial and they will seek to get out at NTA;
* will not be involved in activism;
* views NAOS as capable of closing NTA discount;
* was apparently approached both by the previous board and "one of large shareholders";
* not interested in taking over or managing part of CTN portfolio;

i write this without reference to recent developments on Thursday/Friday, but just to provide feedback for the benefit of CTN holders, as some pieces of information alluded to in some threads here appear to be incorrect.
