So in summary BNR currently has:


$6.25m MC
$5.15m Cash
Less $0.125m Dec 1/4 Admin
$1.25m EV

Decreasing with $500k/pa on admin.

Currently trying to ascertain how much available cash BNR is going to disposed before revenue is generated.

What are the costs to BNR from these options you have raised?

A) BNR pays $750k to GEM for 100% ownership (now $4.2m cash left). What are the est associated costs and period to get the project into production? Announcements only define this as "near term".

B) BNR negotiates. Has BNR stated possible terms to shareholders?

Has there been any information related to shareholders on legal costs associated with the commenced legal action against GEM?

I believe some here on HC have stated their are tailings situated on the tenements? Of so, does anyone have a quantitive resource?

A lot of questions but clarity is key in this end of the market.
