News: AHX Apiam Animal Health confirms FY2017 forecast, page-21

I am new to AHX, like what I see.
The ROE is low, not the best, not good.
Looked further the goodwill of $57million , intangible asset
This amount is not being amortization , why future cash flow is above fair value, as per foot notes #14
ok very nice but is this a desired practise. It implies a perfect world each acquisition was perfect.
Are shareholders happy with this.
With a net profit of $5 implies 12 years amortization, future problem in the making.
If anyone has looked at this issue would be nice to hear your comments
