I didnt want to commit to much time to flicking through the notice when I received it tonight, but the following jumped out at me..
Page 11. Directors in Attendance at various meetings.
Dennis Nerland attended 2/3 board meetings, and 1/1 audit and risk management committee meetings, giving him a 100% overall attendance. uuummmmm, ok?!?!?
Page 23. Name of Nominee, Municipality and Present Offices Held.
Greg Hancock. South Premantle, Western Australia, Director.
Simple typos? Perhaps. These guys have lost the plot and are running one hell of a company. My piss weak shareholding will be voting down everything, and it wont make a lick of difference. The wages being pulled and options being awarded aren't reflective of a group of oil cats rewarding shareholders with a return on investment. What a miserable little minnow this thing is.
