Yep should stay high a while longer especially since a coal station is due to come off every 1 or 2 years for the next ten years. Bidding amongst generators has got higher due to lower supply and what they expect to get per MW has risen. The whole bidding system works kinda like a gentlemen's agreement there is no reason why one generator should start bidding lower. So unless the generators start a race to the bottom or under some miraculous circumstance we get a heap of new generation prices will remain high for a long time.... IMO
