I don't have a direct vested interest in this anymore. But I'm leaning towards it's more likely that a TO won't occur. Happy to be wrong though. Maybe they want another pump in the share price for another capital raising? Did that the first time.
Capital raising as a 'TO defence' and use proceeds for further debt repayment and Narrobi? They sure as #%^* don't have enough excess cash flow to fund it in their current position.
I personally dislike STO as an investment, but can see a high risk reward if you're into that. Leverage POO play.
