It doesnt make sense what you say about Sengkang LNG plant. EWC have spent about $60m each year including 2016/17 on the LNG plant. They wouldn't be spending this money if it was stranded as you are suggesting.
Anyway, this is a question for the directors to answer and should be asked at the AGM. I wont be there, but hopefully someone else asks this question.
The Pagbilao Hub, will be the first and only LNG import facility in the Phillipians. One way or another this has to be a very valuable asset.
