Incentive plans competitive = for the management you bet they are.
Board Performance = 36c share price
Shareholder returns = $0 and from his address no chance of getting one.
Plenty of "Strengthening balance sheet" = certainly not for the shareholders.
I do hope we got a 'No' on the remuneration so we can do it again next year and send this lot packing.
