We can expect these trading programs to be with us for some time IMO.They usually arrive when volume picks up due to good news. The increase in volume is always welcome. But they are such a pain in the bum if you want to buy or sell !
Always forcing a retail investor to pay a bit more or take just that little bit less. No problem with them making a profit. But it is the unfair advantage that the exchanges sell them that sticks in my craw.
