    2 The construction work of a large-scale ferroalloy plant by Jinlin Ferroalloys is going on smoothly in Fengzhen City, Inner Mongolia Wulanchabu, China. According to the project, the total investment amount is CNY8 billion, the annual production capacity is about 3 million tons, and the entire construction work will be divided into 3 stages and is slated for completion within 5 years.In Stage 1, the investment amount is CNY2.7 billion, and a total of 22 furnaces will be constructed, the breakdown of which is 14 electric arc furnaces (EAF) with 30 MVA, 2 EAF with 16.5 MVA and 6 electric refining furnaces (ERF) with 6.3 MVA, whose total production capacity is 1.0628 million tons annually, and the total production capacity of a product is 894,900 tons.In Stages 2 & 3, a total of 36 furnaces will be constructed, the breakdown of which is 18 EAF with 40 MVA, 3 EAF with 30 MVA, 1 EAF with 25.5 MVA, 1 EAF with 16.5 MVA, 1 EAF with 1.8 MVA, 8 ERF with 6.3 MVA and 4 converters with 20 tons, whose total production capacity is 2.0451 million tons annually, and the total production capacity of a product is 1.994 million tons.The products are planned to be low-carbon silico manganese, high-carbon ferro-mangane,se, medium and low-carbon ferro-manganese manganese metal, high-carbon ferro-chrome, medium and low-carbon ferro-chrome, silico chrome, low-titanium high-carbon ferro-chrome and ferro-silicon.
