LIONS BAY CAPITAL INC. ANNOUNCES UPDATED VALUE FOR ITS PORTFOLIO

Vancouver, British Columbia – November 15, 2017 – Lions Bay Capital Inc. (“Lions Bay” or the “Company”) is pleased to provide the following update on the value of its strategic shareholdings.

Lions Bay has entered into an agreement with a current director of the Company ("John Newton") to purchase 3,500,000 shares of Jervois Mining Limited for an aggregate price of C$175,000 ($0.05c p/s) , after which it will own 8.95 million shares, which at current prices is worth approximately C$4.2 million. The agreement is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.

In addition, Lions Bay holds the following public company shares:
 16.9 million Kalina Power Limited,
 2.6 million Golden Reign Resources Limited,
 7.5 million Verdant Mineral Resources Limited.

The total market value of the public company shares owned by Lions Bay along with cash is approximately C$7 million.

In addition, Lions Bay is an investor in Aqua Guardian Group, a new water and processing company with disruptive technologies for water remediation and mineral recovery.
