why transfer 64 millions shares for a mere $2 millions dollar?

perhaps some family feud between the eldest son, the father and the two younger son?

i hope you all notice, at the AGM, 29 May....only 84 millions shares vote to adopt the renumeration report.

between the members of the family, collectively they should hold 240 millions shares.. or 211 million shares..??

ouch.. someone didn’t send in their vote.. who and why? it only takes 1 minutes to sign the proxy paper, not like it require a lot of work.
