I just don't get it: you're either interested in a company as a possible acquisition, and study it's prospects (like I do) or you put your energies into other companies that meet your investment criteria? Why would you waste your energy criticising a company you don't own and have only negative views about? Move on.
At 1c or below, I think CVS is worth being on my watchlist. I've always been interested in the Paynes Find goldfield and have always had the view it's been a company graveyard because most (all?) went in looking for the wrong model. It will take a Cinderella company to achieve what others couldn't. CVS could be that company.
Can I suggest you save yourself a lot of emotional angst and concern yourself with a company in which you have or might actually invest? Haters will hate.
