I wrote about Chinese companies a couple of years ago.
They are just a version of a ponzi scheme.
Chinese companies don't pay dividends
and they can't get money out of China.
They can only operatate while the IPO
money is around.
Once that runs out they can't even pay to have
two local directors.
When someone says they will raise @20c
but will pay you a dividend once it lists,
you can't get a clearer example of a ponzi scheme to raise capital.
That ones that paid some sort of dividend was just use of ipo cash for chinesedirectors
to get capital out of the country.
Once the money runs out the sheme falls apart.
Not to mention selling their shares on the local market.
Once it delists,they have lost nothing.
The entity still continues as usual in Chinsa.Just imo.
