An interesting and positive view on here for once.

I think you make some good points about the improvement in their products and the acquisitions they have made. The worry for investors and the market when they look at this company is that it took investors money, told everyone that it could sell tens of millions of dollars of the product into a massive global market, then failed to deliver. In fact they failed to deliver almost any incremental sales revenue last year at all. So the company keeps on asking for more money and diluting its shareholder base while historically not being able to sell the product whilst at the same time increasing its cost base.
I think investors would be far more tolerant and positive of the company making a loss and needing cash if at least they were able to sell the product to an ever increasing base of customers.

Lets hope you are right about Henry and they do start showing a steady stream of new customers and contracts which will bring some confidence back into the share price.
