The shares are suspended. A take over will take place off the market on recommendation of the board where holders will be required to vote on whether they wish to sell their shares for 'X' price as offered by the company looking to takeover LRS. They will not takeover the company on the market, hence why LRS may not trade again. LRS would then be absorbed into the business that buys it, it wont trade in the same way as we currently know it post-takeover.
Does that make more sense? This is of course assuming that this whole suspension relates to a takeover...
