LSE bloggers NOT happy with the Bought Deal 45 Million Raise @ 0.25 Pence for SOLG overnight .

More dilution for small holders and the raise has gone to Merchant Banks that can sell them on to clients.

Very interesting post on the LSE suggesting that SOLG No LONGER require P I s as they are now passed that and are now pulling in Institutional and Big Dollar Investors so the small PIs are now surplus to requirements and are a pain in the Bum for SOLG to have to deal with should a Takeover be presented .
Easier to deal with big dollars and big holdings than a lot of little whingers ( their words not mine ).
