Our latest camera systems deliver rich 3D capability and the potential for a large array of new products and analysis. What you'll do...
As part of our Vision Systems team you will be responsible for the core image processing software at Nearmap. Our software system automatically processes the raw imagery captured by our camera systems into global scale orthorectified PhotoMaps and 3D models visible to our customers. We are constantly improving our product range, image quality and processing automation, and you will contribute to all areas of our software architecture.
We would love to hear from you if you own any of the following skills...
Computer vision and 3D model reconstruction
3D visualisation (particularly web-based APIs)
Automated classification and change detection
Image enhancement and colour balancing
Structure from Motion or Photogrammetry
Amazon Web Services and cluster computing
The essentials…
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
Proficiency in modern C++
Experience working on large software projects
