Re-emergence of extreme commentary and sentiment, page-11

Having read the attached document it appears that as at 6 July (but not released until 26 October) that the ERC had noted that EWC already has a connection deal with the grid operator, and then approved/ordered (?) an interim "cut in" connection for the first two GTs via the 500m line. The first GT to be connected "as is", the second GT to be connected with some modifications on the line. They then approved a connection to a new (yet to be built) substation via a 12km line once the third turbine, the ST are commissioned. Perhaps read it wrong - but this decision was taken in July. When was EWC informed? Why is there no disclosure by EWC?
