SLC has held up quite well since the placement shares have been released. I'd have expected the SP to drift back to the placement price. The fact that this has not happened is encouraging.
The chart is looking quite good (actually, a few telecoms stocks are showing turnaround signs).
A break of $2.60 gets me interested
