Having re-read my post I'm not 100% sure where anyone has inferred that I think a cap raising is imminent but judging by responses I will assume it was badly worded. I have stated on numerous occasions that I dont think a cap raising is required for quite some time, if at all. My point about the cap raising was to underpin my comments about instos being able to dictate where they want certain share px's to be in smaller companies. My point about "powers to be" is that I know of a fund(s) that have identified that HXG is vastly undervalued and via genuine buying have a lvl that they thinks represents fair value.
