Are these people trying to bankrupt the fund? First they return capital because they don’t make enough money to pay dividends. Then they lose more money since the GFC than they earned during the GFC. Then they loose 5% of your money in one month, underperforming the benchmark by 7%. Now there is a buyback? Really?
