In my experience, when explorers consolidate, the share price immediately drops. But with a company that's going to be producing soon, I think the higher share price will be a psychological plus: it will "look like" a big company. I wonder whether the US version of the shares will also consolidate. I actually hold my Dioro in this form, so that it is harder for me to give into temptation and sell too early! To take a parallel example, Admiralty Resources' shares in the US are consolidated on a 1 for 40 basis.
