I don’t think they owners have been selling. They hold just a little over 50%, no way in the world would they be selling down their holdings to less than 50% and lost control of the company.
As for the chairman resigning, I think perhaps there might be some sort of personality clash between the owners and the chairman.
Q3 report is due shortly, let just wait and see.
