I really do think that the MD made a major plunder announcing anything. This whole affair is a black mark in my book. Very very amateurish and even the announcement admits they realise it was a mistake.
They even state they did not include a map because they did not want to encourage further illegal prospecting, but... now include a map! so... where does that leave the company legally?
