They borrowed it, they paid it back.
Did MEC complain when the money was originally lent? I don't remember them doing so. In fact, the goings on between all three entities was always controlled by basically the same group of people........ and I don't mean just Mr D Breeze.
MEC should sell their stake here and get on with what matters, the future. Dilute the heck out of Mr Breeze and eventually, he may go away. Cringeworthy stuff been going on for years, stop feeding it.
