If you haven't figured it out now you will never will, blimey there has been more than enough commentary on the goings ons.

It isn't about running a dairy operation, its about free cash into other self interested businesses whilst keeping the company at barely break-even so it can employ a few people, including family and friends, and keep them happy but never provide a value uplift for shareholders. This applies to the many shares held by the main player as the holdings are immaterial to him as they are in another listed vehicle.

Who gives a damn about whether it is dairy or not, the last time this approach was used it was an australian trustee company and it worked for over 10 years on an ever declining basis so he need to re-invent the model and guess who the bunnies are...

That's why the cows are happy too by the way, they figured it out.
