That's correct as far as it goes but it's hasn't always been as orderly and rational as you are implying there.
Agree how long the game can be played is uncertain but my opinion is that if it lasts to 2020 it will be a major catastrophe when it unwinds. My money is on sooner but I don't know (or worry about it too much).
These things always recover when I least expect it.
