I looked at this (a few months ago) and was initially very disappointed but I ended up at the conclusion that people only ever leave negative reviews (80%+ of the time). Reason being: The wife is a hairdresser, probably has thousands on her client list and has about 5 negative reviews. Probably about 20 good ones and they are just friends or family and the 5 can be explained if you know the full story (usually serial whingers/complainers/letter writers). She still howvevr is totally booked out without a problem. So, at a strike rate of 1 in 5 unimpressed customers, how important are these reviews? Also noted that all of these people didn't bother to ring her and discuss problem just left bad review.

That is the thought process of how I stopped worrying about those reviews I (and you) found.

I also note that your a non holder and may I be so forward, I recognise your name being one of those bad reviews? Could be wrong...
