"During the inspection of the track to Grand Bois, it was noted that the local primary school had 200 children with neither books nor writing material. As part of building a favorable image within the community the company donated (US$1000) to establish a library for the school in the form of writing materials and containing the full set of curriculum books for Years 1- 6 so the teachers had the source material to teach. The local community attended this presentation and expressed full support for the company and its plan to develop the project.
