    Hmm.. unless the CR is linked to a reasonable deal I do not like it. The ann does not indicate what the funds are for. I hope for something good... We have just listed! Any CR well below the market price (and this one looks like one of them) is unfair towards the holders unless everyone gets the same opportunity. Let's see..
