Tempo has been churning in the 17 cents to 19 cents range since April. Two funds have quietly been building positions helped by the scarcity of announcements. In the last week with the initiation of Taylor Collison's coverage the churn may be coming to an end. If you look at the Tempo chart it's never had an extended period of churn since June 2015. What the churn signifies is an orderly transfer of shares of holders leaving the stock to current and new holders entering the stock. A very solid register is forming now with long termers. Both the new funds have minimum 5 year views that are aligned with management and myself. What I really like about Tempo is the quality of the management - they are strategic and are excellent allocators of capital. In the microcap space companies are blowing up all the time, so few make it through the gate. Fiducian, E Merchants and National Vets are one's that come to mind that have made it . We are backing management to achieve a $250M turnover in time through organic growth and acquisitions.
