Cant find Scott Morrisons new MIT announcement, page-2

As a regular poster on matters relating to DomaCom I welcome your interest.  We welcome informed debate and do not shy away from public scrutiny.  However, your recent posts indicate you may not be aware of information we have already disclosed to the ASX and I would like to point this out to you:
1) On the 22^nd September ASX announcement we informed the market that the proposed MIT legislation will, as worded, only affect the tax calculation of the fund. This announcement was made with the benefit of expert, external tax & trust law advice on the matter. I know you must be frustrated that you do not know the details of our advice but is not in our commercial interest to disclose that detail.
2) On slide 4 of the 31^st October Quarterly Update, we state "Treasury has deferred the proposed MIT legislation restricting residential property investments to address DomaCom's submission" - once again, we would not be making that statement to the ASX unless we had some basis for it.
I must say, it is a complement for my company to be of such interest for you that it is your singular focus - particularly as it does not appear that you are a shareholder. You seem to have some basic industry knowledge but I can assure everyone that we are well aware of our obligations both as an ASX listed company and as the manager of a Registered Managed Investment Scheme.
