I wonder if the Board is concerned about the slow slide. But if it is, then it's not doing anything either privately or publicly to not only stop the slide, but also reverse it.

Does it really care? Maybe not.

It has all of the $1.25m in, or has it?? Hey, those shares were underwritten at 8c. If not all in (any in at all?), then you'd expect that the company would now have 'Buckley's' of getting the money.

Another cock-up on a raising, same company but different management this time.

The AGM Notice said that all shares had issued. It also said that an Appendix B for those $1.25m worth of shares had issued. Hey, that was 20 October. It's now 31 October, and still no App 3B.

There is something wrong at the top!!!! But the BoD still wants free and over-generous Performance Rights for both its members and the CEO. Vote NO!!
